The carrying capacity is based around traffic regulations. i.e. age of vehicle, seating, seat belts, weight etc. CSC relates to the number of people the vehicle has the capacity to support for 3 days. Its OK for waste to remain in the pipes but as usual, make sure any joins or connections are leak proof.

Check your grey tank venting for a partial blockage as well. It sounds like the waste from the sink is partially blocked, as suggested, and the moving vehicle is then creating a vacuum at the vent allowing waste out. You don't say if there is a "U" bend on the sink waste or some other type...
